We are thrilled to introduce Chef Mirit, whose culinary journey has been shaped by her Moroccan roots and the bustling food scene of the Big Apple.
Chef Mirit's passion for cooking began in her childhood, growing up in a large Moroccan family, where the kitchen was the heart of the home. Surrounded by aromatic spices, vibrant colours, and rich flavours of Moroccan cuisine, she developed a deep appreciation for the culinary arts from a young age.
After finishing bakery school in Israel, Her Journey took a new turn when she answered the call of the world and made her way to the bustling diet of New York. In the Big Apple, Chef Mirit immersed herself in the vibrant culinary scene, working in renowned first class restaurants and bakeries that showcase the diversity and creativity go the city's food culture.
With each experience, Chef Mirit honed her skills, mastering the secrets and techniques that have been passed down through generations in her Family. She embraced the opportunity to work with a diverse Ingredients, experiment with innovative flavour combination, and refine her craft in both savory and sweet culinary realms.
Chef Mirit's unique blend of Moroccan heritage and the influence of her time in New York has shaped her culinary style.
